I discovered Access Consciousness in 2015, after more than 25 years of exploring and learning the most advanced techniques and methods available worldwide to help individuals and groups achieve their highest potential (a passion). At that time, I was a member of a Woman’s group in London where I used to live. Session after session, one of the woman seemed to be more and more radiant. I asked her: “What are you doing? It looks really good!”
"Access Consciousness” she said...
She gave me the details of the person who was given her Access Bars and I booked immediately a session. The session really impressed me at many levels. I hadn’t gone to solve a particular problem (I had already explored and learnt diverses therapies, psychologies, regression work, shamanism and other modalities in the context of my work - I had already let go of a lot of things…). I was just curious to discover a new approach that seemed to have really quick results. I wasn’t disappointed!
I loved it so much that non only did I continue to do regular Bars Sessions, I also trained to become an Access Consciousness Certified Facilitator in less than a year (which implies following quite a number of classes at an intense rhythm). On this journey, I discovered the Bars Class and The Fondation Class. I became first a Bars Certified Facilitator (which allows me to teach the Access Bars method). I then discovered the Choice of Possibilities class, Energetic Synthesis of Being, Symphonie of Possibilities and much more. I became an Access Certified Facilitator (which allows me to teach the Fondation Class).

The simplicity, potency and joy of these classes and teachings never ceases to inspire me (even though I had already done a lot of modalities, practices and teachings before that).

With Access Consciousness, you can really free yourself with lightness (from the past and limiting beliefs systems or patterns). There are a lot of laughters during sessions or classes. Once we get that freeing oneself can be light and fun, we can start to create our lives with much more ease.
