Hello!

I'm Kalinka !

Here are my children Keera and Zac.

I am married to Richard, a formidable man with whom I have shared my life since 1993.  Our twin children, a boy and a girl , were born in 2006. I just moved to Aix-en-Provence after 25 years in London . I profoundly love and respect our beautiful planet and it’s magical nature. I am fascinated by the beauty and immensity of the Universe in which we live. 

I started my path towards inner freedom in the 1990s. I was lucky enough to meet wonderful guides across the world with whom I have explored and learnt techniques, methods and practices designed for inner freedom: meditation, martial arts, yoga, regression, shamanism, psychology, neurolinguistic programmation (NLP), cellular memory, psycho-genealogy, energetic modalities, quantum physics, Kinslow System, Reconnection… and since 2016, Access Consciousness.

 

I applied this experience and wisdom in a company I created with my husband in London at the end of the 1990s. A culture change company, specialised in large scale mindset and behavioural change (www.yesindeed.com - facilitation of groups of 10,000+ people) . We work with international groups (Google, Coca Cola, Allianz etc.), governmental agencies and non for profit organisations.

In the past 25 years, we have trained over 300,000 people in more than 80 countries helping world leading organisations achieve better results and their people live more effectively and more fulfilled. In other words, how to collaborate, communicate and create TOGETHER more harmoniously and more effectively.  Throughout the years, we have developed systems, techniques and methods to channel effectively the collective intelligence of groups of all sizes.

This experience, added to my passion to understand how the reality and the universe in which we live fonctions lead me to constantly explore:

 

1. How to facilitate individual and collective change with joy and ease

2. What is our universal essence, beyond our differences (culture, education, religions, age..) 

3. What are the most potent tools that allow each of us to create exactly what we desire at work and everywhere in our lives

4. What are our universal resistance to change and higher possibilities and how to free ourselves from them

 

My experience has convinced me that we are unlimited beings, with unlimited choices and unlimited possibilities. A better life is possible now for each of us and for us all. We just need to choose it and give ourselves the means to get there.

 

What is possible is phenomenal: for each of us individually as well as for us all collectively. 

 

Even after 25 years of practice, I still deeply love facilitating people in discovering their greatness beyond their limiting beliefs so that they can shine their brilliance, discover new possibilities and actualise what make them TRULY vibrate, whatever that is.
